Happy Women is an initiative developed in partnership with Be artsy to create meaningful opportunities for the most marginalized women from socially, economically, and geographically remote communities. The program focuses on enhancing women’s vocational skills, enterprise knowledge, and confidence, enabling them to pursue sustainable livelihoods through entrepreneurship. Many of these women have had little to no access to training or exposure to enterprise development, making it difficult for them to envision or pursue self-employment. Happy Women is thoughtfully designed to bridge this gap by providing comprehensive support in skill development, financial literacy, startup guidance, and marketing of their products. Through this initiative, women are empowered not only to acquire practical skills but also to transform them into viable businesses, fostering self-reliance and economic resilience.
